Posted September 30, 2018 08:33:08 A man who threw a curtain ring at a Sydney man over an incident with his girlfriend has been arrested.
Police allege the man, aged in his 40s, attacked the man’s girlfriend on a Sydney street about 9.30pm on Thursday.
The woman said she was standing near a house in the area of Sydney Road and Bourke Street when a man approached her from behind and threw a red curtain ring.
He then pulled a gun and began to threaten the woman, who fled the scene.
He was arrested about an hour later and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The man was later released on bail to appear in a Sydney Magistrates Court on Friday.
